The product

APX sells access to invite-only TradingView scripts (Flow, Bernoulli Break, Venturi Break, Pressure Boundary, RSI) and, separately, a seat in Elite Discord. You are licensing the overlay, not buying the source.

The seat

Each subscription is tied to one TradingView handle. You may plot the script on as many charts as TradingView allows for that handle. Sharing the invite, forwarding the script, or reselling access is a breach and we will revoke the seat.

Billing

Live billing runs monthly (indicators and the pack) or yearly (Discord and the Pro Pack) through Whop. Cancel anytime from Whop; access ends at the close of the paid period.

Overlays are tools. They are not signals, not a managed account, and not a promise of profit. See the disclaimer.

Changes

Scripts update while you are subscribed. We may change plots, defaults, or these terms; continued use after a notice is acceptance.
